PRINCIPLES OF DATA PROCESSING

Management SK Kft. processes all data that qualify as personal data in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fair procedure, transparency and data economy. The processing of data is purpose-bound, Management SK Kft. will continue data processing only if one of the legal grounds specified in this information exists, for the duration of the validity of the legal ground.

Management SK Kft. does not use the data for profiling, does not transfer them to third parties – neither domestically nor abroad, except in the case of an official or court request including the indication of the legal basis, or in the case of possible legal enforcement, and only uses the data processors specified in this information during data processing.

Management SK Kft. protects the data with appropriate, risk-proportionate technical and organizational measures, handles any data protection incidents that may arise in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, and provides information about them to the affected parties – in the manner and with data content prescribed by law.
